Your clients are your most important asset.  Without them, your business would not exist.  And in today’s uber-competitive marketplace there can sometimes be little to differentiate between companies, apart from your branding that is.

I cannot overemphasise just how important branding is!  It can take 20 years to build a successful business and only minutes to destroy it.

Your brand should run through the very heart of your company, at all levels and in all your dealings internally and externally, with colleagues, associates and customers.  It’s about a consistent customer service, staff morale and helping your employees to be ambassadors for your company.  But how do you know if you’ve got your branding right?  That’s simple, ask your clients what they think of you.  A positive testimonial and even better a referral is more powerful and engaging than you may think.

It’s also a good reason to reconnect with previous clients – a reminder you are still there and thinking of them!
